NDSBA Policy Update will be issued to all policy services members at the end of each quarter throughout the calendar year. The update will provide our members with important information regarding template policies, regulations, and associated documents. In addition, NDSBA has continued our ongoing review of our template policy documents to ensure they remain up-to-date and legally compliant. Moving forward, NDSBA will send out batches of updated and/or new policy templates with each quarterly edition of the NDSBA Policy Update. The number of updates or new templates sent each quarter will vary, depending on factors such as:

• The length of the policies updated
• The number of updates included in each policy
• The content density of the updated policies
