NDSBA Standing Resolutions are adopted by the Delegate Assembly and are uniquely legislative. They are dropped after four years unless brought to the Delegate Assembly for reconsideration.

Minutes from the 2021 Government Affairs Committee can be found here. Resolutions that were four years old and scheduled to be dropped were brought forward for reconsideration and were all motioned to be readopted as written. The motion carried unanimously and the resolutions are schedules to be brought to the 2021 Delegate Assembly during the NDSBA Annual Convention in October for reconsideration.
